My experience was absolutely horrible, I came in as a fresh customer looking for a quick tune up on my chainsaw, and before I could even finish explaining to the guy that was working what was going on with it he spat out a ridiculous excuse expecting me to spit out money instantly on a new part for it when it's a simple adjustment needed, they stated they knew what they were doing and the guy didn't even bother priming the chainsaw before attempting to start it. I wouldn't trust this company as far as I could throw them, as he lied to my face about even priming it, laziness and lies are not what a company should run on

I will make this a reader's digest version. I brought in my 1200$ 372 xp husqvarna for a tune up. I got a phone call a week and a half later telling me my saw was blown up only had 75psi compression. I went in to get it I was charged 75 dollars to pick it up. They showed no interest in rebilding it for me I took it to All's chainsaw king in slc to have it rebilt after getting home I got a phone call from All's asking me why I wanted it rebilt that said it has 120 psi and after cleaning the carb said it ran like a top I called basin saw told them what happened and he blew me off wouldn't even offer to give me my money back. But that's OK 75 dollars is a small price to pay for a valuable lesson a lot better than a new 1200$ saw
